Need Medication For Malignant Borderline Ovarian Cyst

Child with hx of chronic depression associated with menstrual periods. Took birth control pills to stop periods having a period 1-2 times a year. At age 31 developed malignant serous borderline ovarian cancer. Had total abd. hysterectomy with bilateral salinpingo-oophorectomy. Developed severe depression with anxiety/panic attacks, insomnia, anger at times (never present before), much facial hair. Seems to be going through surgical menopause. Gyne/oncologist does not want to use hormone replacement. Currently on Cymbalta 90 mg; Trazadone 100 mg; Ritalin 5mg bid; & Ambien 5mg. Above symptoms do not appear to be abating on these current meds. Any comments/direction greatly appreciated.
