Need Medication For Painful Hernia Below Belly Button
What advice (besides surgery) do you have for a hernia that flares up occasionally, but severely. It is located just below my belly button and is very painful right now. Dr wanted me to tone up my core/midsection to help re-inforce the muscle wall that basically holds my guts in, but doing so further damage is occurring... And tips or helpful advice?

You need immediate surgery. A symptomatic hernia is on the verge of dangerous complications which can be life threatening.
Consult a general surgeon and get operated.
