Need Medication For Vomiting ?

My 1 year old son randomly started throwing up this afternoon. He never gets sick. He couldn't keep anything down.
I did catch him playing in the toilet yesterday. And he was playing with puppy poo with his feet early today... And our puppy had/has worms, but has been treated.
He's sleeping fine, no fever, but no appetite for real food, but he throws up after drinking even water.
Thanks

Hello
Three possibilities may be as.
1 Infection i.e. worm infestation causes vomiting so get in stool examination and give him broad spectrum anti worm solution as albendazole 400 mg in a single dose.
2 Due to over eating so ondansetrone 2 mg / 5 ml twice in day is sufficient .
3 Sometimes respiratory infection produces such type of infection so consult a paediatrician and get his opinion.
Good luck.
