Need Medicine For Fever
Dear Dr. Santosh,
I have a 2 year old daughter. she is having fever since last night. We are giving 2ml (eqv to 200 mg) crocin drops every six hours since morning (twice till now). The fever is coming down but still in 9 degree range. Shuld we continue crocin and i the dose fine for 2 yr old?

Majority of fever in children are viral in origin and self limiting. Dosage of Paracetamol is 10 mg per kilogramme per dose 3-4times a day.
