Need Treatment For Flu Symptoms
Hello, I have been suffering from severe flu/cold symptoms for 6+ days. The body aches, stinging & headaches are terrible and there is still pressure in my face, but no longer sneezing or coughing (except mildly at night). I don t have a fever, but am hot/cold/radiating stinging pain & throbbing across my head, thighs, back and underarms - also face is swollen. I m miserable, feel nauseous, have had both throw up & poor bowel movements since Wed. There is a flu bug going around in my community, but mine seems to be the worst. What can I do?

Actually speaking this will go off automatically after some time but as the medical science is advancing we should be alert against any type of disease because it can lead to URTI=upper respiratory tract infection, so you should take medication some anti-histamines like Tab-cetrizine 10 mg once at night time, you can take Tab- paracetamol 500 mg 3-4 times a day for headache and body ache, keep on doing gargling with salt+ water 3-4 times a day.Eat balanced food in disease condition because if you will not take then you will become week, and also weak immunity leading to delay in getting OK.
