Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that after many years of treatment many people develop peak dose dyskinesia and benefit of medicine lasts for only two hours. She will either require to add new medicine like methyltransferase and monoamine oxidase or dose adjustments from Syndopa CR to Syndopa IR.

Kindly consult a Neurologist regarding this for a proper management.

Hope this will help

Kind Regards
Dr Navneet Mahajan
