Need Treatment For Puffy Eyes, Headache And Sore Neck After Falling Down?

I slipped on wet tiles Friday night. Landed on rear end. Think I might have hit back of head too. Saw a physio yesterday and had xray. Lower back, tail bones and right hip all look normal. After fall I was very shakey. Now have puffy eyes, headachy and sore neck on left side.

Hello dear,
You had a fall on your back.Now,if you are having puffy eyes and head ache,we need a more detailed evaluation beyond x-ray(like CT/MRI scan of the head),to look for any significant intracranial findings.
Please see your doctor,and get examined.Avoid any delay.
