Negative Salmonella Paratyphi "AH", "BH". Have Extreme Exhaustion, Asthma. Advisable Diet?

dear doctor, iam 24 years old.my salmonella typhi O count is 1:160,h count is 1:160 and salmonella paratyphi AH and BH is negative.As per the report of the typhoid test done these are the remarks made by the lab.i have no fever but iam feeling exhausted. I was an asthama patient.could u please tell me how is my health condition regarding typhoid and what type of food i can prefer.thank u and warm regards, teresa.

1:160 titres are not very high but again also not normal or something that should be ignored.
maybe the exhaustion that you are having may be due to latent infection or sub clinical infection.
you didn't mention about any antibiotic that you are receiving.
let me know about that.
and also your clinic examination is a must. so of you can go to your doctor and show there it will be of help.
