I am 48 and have a family history of cancer. I try to maintain a healthy diet but i am really unsure about which vitamin's are the safest/ healthiest for me. How do i figure out what my body needs? Sometimes i feel frustrated and hate going to the dr because of my famlies history. I am # 11 of 12. Children and the only one thathas nf. I have nf1 i am bascilly healthy despite my disorder and trying to stay that way.
