Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

I do understand your concern and worry .Usually babies have congested chest in Upper Respiratory tract infection or in Gastroesophageal reflux. Allergies can be diagnosed only with time.

At present if the baby is feeding well and active ,then i would suggest you could continue instilling nasal saline drops. If at any time there is increase in the breathing rate and baby is not feeding well then get him examined by his doctor.

Bye
Take Care.
