Hi,

I have gone through your query.

You should do back strenghtening exercise as uploaded on youtube.

Avoid lifting heavy weight as much as you can.

Take 1 tab. aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day.

If pain does not stop with in 3-5 days then it means re-surgery is needed or have epidural steroid injection if you don't want to have surgery.

Apply hot packs for 30 min in morning and evening .

I hope it helps.
