Night Sweats, Fatigue, Shortness Of Breath. Blood Test Shows Low Iron And Sugar. Causes?

I have been experiencing night sweats , extreme fatigue , shortness of breath and petachia for about 5 weeks. My blood work came back borderline with low iron and sugar. However I eat alot of spinach and other vegetables. Prior to not feeling well I went to the gym 4-5 times a week along with biking and running. I just don t feel well. Any ideas? I don t have a credit card sorry for wasting your time.

Hello dear...
Iron is necessary for the formation of Red Blood Cells...which carry Oxygen to all body tissues.
And sugar (glucose) serves as the source of energy for the body.
So...the symptoms mentioned by you have been caused by the low level of Iron & Sugar in your blood.
It will be better to take Iron preparations to improve your blood Iron levels.
Also keep a regular check of your blood pressure levels.
Other than that eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks & take care.
