Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
carrying angle is normal to have and it may vary from person to person in male from 5 to 10 degree, and in female it is more ,
u may have some laxity in ur elbow joint or hyper extensiblity of elbow flexors,
u have 10 degree that is god gifted and very less possibility of modification but u can still try with some elbow flexors and pronation exercises .
visit a physiotherapist or orthopedic doctor in ur area .
thank u

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. K. Naga Ravi Prasad's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

This is just to let you know that the normal carrying angle is 5-15 degrees. So anything more than this is considered Cubitus Valgus.

As it is only around 10 degrees in your case, it is absolutely normal and doesn't need any sort of treatment.

Consult an orthopedic surgeon to ascertain the exact amount of valgus angle in you.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
