Hello ma'am.

Your symptoms can be related to either a hormonal imbalance being the primary cause or a secondary hormonal imbalance caused due to other conditions, or infections. It is also early to conduct a home pregnancy test which is why I would recommend a repeat analysis in a few days time.

For now the best option would be to visit a doctor, get your urine analysed, a vaginal swab test and may be even a transvaginal ultrasound scan which would help with more detailed evaluation. A physical examination by a doctor is always mandatory in all cases with a presentation similar to yours.

Hope this helps.

Take care.

Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

There are many causes of secondary amenorrhea with the most common being pregnancy which you seem to have already ruled out with a pregnancy test but you could still be pregnant despite the test being negative. Try getting to a hospital so they can do a beta HCG testing instead, if that is negative, then you are most likely not pregnant.
Other causes of secondary amenorrhea as you present, might be hormonal imbalance, uterine abnormalities, stress, recent change of lifestyle/diet etc.
You will require to see a gynobs for physical, laboratory and imagery evaluation.

Hope this helps
