No Periods, Had Spotting. Pregnancy Test Positive But Faded Away. Pain In Ovaries And Boobs. Reason?

Hello! Last Friday I thought I had gotten my period and it started with a dark brown spot and then went away! On Monday I was suppose to get my period and didn t! I tested on Tuesday and the pregnancy test came out positive but faded away to negative now again today Thursday afternoon the sane thing happen! My boobs hurt and my ovaries are in pain! What could this be?

Thanks for query,
Sore breast & ovarian pain are symptoms seen in delayed period.
Delayed period some times causes spotting initially.
As your both home pregnancy test shows faded bend you must check blood pregnancy test for confirmation of pregnancy.
