No Periods Since Its First Onset Post C-section, Occasional Cramping, White Discharge. Had Done Tubal Ligation After Delivery. Cause?

I had a tubal ligation 7 months ago right after my C-section. I got my period for the first 3 months on time and them my period stopped completely! I ve taken hpt s and all are negative. I get cramping here and there and white discharge around the time I m suppose to get my period. Doctor said everything is fine but I don t feel its fine. What could be happening?
