No Periods Till One Month After Abortion. Symptoms Of Pregnancy. Any Chances And Ways To Confirm Possible Pregnancy?

Hi,

I just got aborted (due to missed abortion) on 2 april,. now when it is month passed by, I have not started with my periods. on consultation the doctor says it may take upto 4-6 weeks after abortion for pregnancy to start. But somehow I feel the same as I was feeling during my preganancy.
Like Little weekness, hunger, hair fall, stomach pain etc.

A PT test can show positive after pregnancy after about 1 month also. So how do I confirm myself. doctors suggested to wait for few more days.
I drive long everyday. Hence I dont wnat to take risk this time. Also how far is the possibility for me to get pregnant once again.

Can anyone of you suggest me..????

Hello

There is a possibility that your next menstrual cycle has begun soon after the abortion, in which case pregnancy is possible now. The other possibility is delayed periods. But as the urine pregnancy test cannot be confirmatory in this particular period of you.

The symptoms you have are non specific and do not occur exclusively with pregnancy.

Pregnancy now can ruled out only by serial measurement of serum beta hcg.
An increasing trend indicates pregnancy.
