Not Able To Retract The Penile Foreskin. Is It Normal?

hello doctor m 25 m i masturbate 5-10 times a month,so i want to know that does it affect my health,,,or is there any problem like infertility etc. and my 2nd q is that...... skin of my penis is not retracting at the time of excitement....it stay on my penis....so iu want to know whether it is normal or not.... wting for reply

Thanks for your query.ou have certain doubts in your mind as regard the\ill effects on your health anfd infertility due to masturbation I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved that masturbation does not have any ill effect on any organ in the body or it does not cause infertility in future.Hope this will remove myth from your mind.
As regards your second query from the fact which you have stated it appears that you have what is called as Phimosis and you need to get circumcised .Please consult some surgeon who will examine you and decide further treatment.
