I have a clear/whitish bump Like an odd shape on my bottom lip. It kinda burns or tingles or feels numb sometimes. And has some clear fluid inside of it. Any idea what it is ? I do have a lip piercing that it's directly next too. I thought it was a cold sore now I'm not so sure. Please help. Im so scared:(

Thanks for posting your query to HCM.
After going through your problem, it is probably due to piercing. You should visit a oral surgeon for proper examination and treatment.
Til then do betadine rinses 3-4 times a day and apply Dologel at the affected area 2-3 times a day for pain relief.
Hope my answer will help you.

Dentist Dr. Dipti Singh's  Response
Hello, thank you for consulting with healthcaremagic.
As you are mentioning that you have a whitish bump on your bottom lip, it can occur because of infection of the lip piercing, as infection causes abscess which has pus inside and it drains through an opening, same as your bump.
Better you should visit a good dermatologist to get it tested and treated.
Hope it will help you.
