Noticed A Sharp Pain On The Left Breast

Hi, My names Michael. Ever since about 4am this morning I have had alittle sharp pain in my left breast every 15 mintues or so. I dont have pain in either of my arms or lightheadedness, I also dont have pain in my jaw or neck. I have had a cough for a few days aswell... could this be a heart attack or is this just a chest cold?

Hi
No most likely its not angina rather it can be pain of gynecomastia.u
Due to male hormonal problem sometime breast area is painful or swollen. So initially het evaluated for gynecomastia. However a 2d echo should be done to ruke out the possibility of coronary artery disease.
please mention your age and smoking habits. It can be because of cod also .A detailed history is required before reaching a direct conclusion. If pain is in breast it can be gynecomastic pain ,however if pain is in chest(involving breast are) it could be either cardiac or gastric or due to lung infection.
