Noticed Grey Spot With White Patches And Swelling Around Tonsils, Sore Throat And Feeling Of Malaise. Suggest?
Hello, I noticed a grey spot with white/yellow patches hiding behind my tonsils. It's only visible in one area on both sides of my tonsils. Also, the walls around my tonsils are also reddish from swelling. I noticed this a day after after fever (101), tenderness in the lymph nodes, sore throat, and a generally feeling of malaise all over my body. All of these symptoms came suddenly. I've never had strep or an infection of the throat before and was wondering what it could possibly be? Thank you.
acute tonsillitis may be tonsil attack or sinus infection which cause post nasal drip and causing the same infection can cause acute reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes use anrtibiotics anti allergics analgesics and anacid to clear this andlymph node will go slowly get xray pns waters view if sinuses are there get treated by consulting ent doctor to prevent further attack
