Noticed Swelling And Itching Of Right Wrist Due To Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Hi,
My inquiry is in regards to itching  and swelling on my right wrist.

In 2004, I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in my right wrist as a result of pregnancy. After a cortisone shot,  it subsided but returned in 2008 in both my right and left wrists after the birth of my 2nd  child. I again received cortisone shots but the symptoms persisted and I therefore underwent a carpal tunnel release surgery in 2011 on my right wrist (I was told by my surgeon the surgery would prevent the symptoms from returning). In 2012, I gave birth again and this is where my current  issue lies. For what doesn't appear to be an apparent reason, certain mornings I awake to a swollen, itchy right wrist and palm. There is some pain around the incision which is somewhat raised as well a protruding vein and a  tingling sensation ( which could be due to my obsessive scratching). My fingers are normal. I saw my surgeon and he was completely puzzled. I've tried nerve medication as well as NSAID's and allergy  meds. Perhaps relevant, I've been under persistant stress and have also developed hives on different areas of my body which also appear randomly as well as chest pain and hair loss. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
