Noticed Tears In The Tendons Of My Rotator Cuff. Could This Be Side Effect Of Taking Nexium?

hello my name is joann I have been taking nexium for a long time .I have tears in the tendons of my rotator cuff could this be a side effect of taking nexium for so long .since it causes magnesium and vitamin B-12 and calcium to be depleated from you body?

Nexium contains esomperazole which dnesnot caues tear to the tendons. Tendons tear may be inflammatory or traumatic. MRI should be done after cosultation of orthopaedic surgeons.
