Noticing Dry Skin On The Outer Layer Of The Penis , What Are The Possible Treatments ?
Hi Doctor good morning , I notice that my penis has dry skin on my outer skin. It also hurts ans has small cut if i force to open the skin. I do apply some cream it get cure and after few days the skin get dry and has cut again in i open my skin. Is this something to be worried ? any advice pls.

Assuming that that you have cracks on your foreskin and unable to retract it completely over glans penis I would say that it is what is called as Phimosis.
Please consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination to confirm thr diagnosis .
If confirmed to be Phimosis you may need to get circumcised under local anaesthesia. Dr.Patil.
