Numbness And Pain In Leg On Walking. Was Diagnosed With Sciatica Before. How To Cure?

after i finish my dinner i stand up and walk a few steps, my feet goes numb then my calf gets numb and pain in the leg. i was diagnosed with sciatica(right leg ) few months back but a month ago my agonising sciatica went away. now i am facing the problem of feet/calf numbness and then pain in Leg up to buttock. but this happens in right leg only in the leg where i was experiencing sciatica before.

Dear Vicky Mahajan, hello

Before giving answer to your problem, I would like to know your age and your occupation i.e. your job profile.Whether your problem is only after dinner or anytime of the day/night?

I will advice you that please have a MRI done of your lumbo-sacral area. Also have a Doppler Ultrasound done of your legs. Also have your blood investigation done for:-

1. Complete Blood Count

2. Thyroid Profile

3. Serum Calcium

4. Serum Electrolytes

5. Serum Folic Acid and Vitamin B 12 assay
Also consult your Neurophysician for getting examined.
