Numbness And Tingling On Lower Jaw, Neck, Tenderness, Neck Pain, Feel A Nodule. Reason?

i have numbness and tingling along my lower jaw and neck on the right side of my face; I also have some neck pain and tenderness; I can also feel a small nodule on the R side of my neck which I just have been assuming (hoping)was a gland; I have theses symptom's for ~2 months and they haven't resolved and lately I feel they have worsened; what do you think it can be?

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Tingling on lower jaw occur due to-any p eri apical infection of tooth spread into sinus spaces.

Inflammation of lymph nodes can also cause such symptoms.

I would advice you to get a thorough clinical evaluation by a dentist.

Infected tooth has to be restored or extracted.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Tab.am oxy cillin as well as analgesics can relieve pain temporarily.

Pus if present,has to be drained completely.
