Numbness In Hand Radiating To Entire Arm, History Of Transverse Myelitis. What Should Be Done?

i had an attack of transverse myelitus 2 years back that spread in asending manner from legs to T2 level ,i got treatment with solumedrol and recovered 80%.now from last 2 days i have numbness in my left hand(thinar and hypothinar muscles) and today it involves whole arm unilateral.please tell me what should i do now? is it myelitus again?

Cervical spondylosis needs to be ruled out at the earliest .because it may lead to such features.
