Numbness In Left Ear, Triggered On Running. No Family History Of Nerve Diseases. Cure?
Hi, I have been feeling numbness in my left ear for some time now. It comes and goes but it is usually triggered when I run (not running in extreme weather) and ends a while after. The feeling is in the outer left ear only. I do not suffer from any diseases and there is no family history of nerve diseases either. I have not been in an accident that could have caused wip-lash to my spine . Do you have any idea what can cause this sensation?
thanks for your query. History seems that it could be due to either ext auditory canal or middle ear pathology. Better to consulT ENT specialist and examine wether there is any impacted wax in EAC or Middle ear fluid or Tympanic membrane Pathology.Take treatment accordingly. Thanking you.
