Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

Numbness in the entire hand along with tingling in fingers are typically suggestive of a cervical disc disease which generally occurs due a protruded disc causing compression over the involved nerve root.

An MRI scan of the cervical spine is needed to establish the diagnosis.

Use of neurotropic drugs like Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine will help in alleviating your symptoms.

I suggest you to consult an orthosurgeon for further workup and management.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
