Numbness, Slight Sensation In Left Eye Like Tingling, Dizzy While Standing. History Of Having Shingles Around Left Eye. Normal?

thank you, I have had Shingles for a little over 90 days on the left eye area and above. I have no real pain but a numbness and a slight sensation from my left eye up that I describe as a slight tingling. I have no energy and experience a slight dizziness when I stand up. I am 85 years old and am considereing these are unconnected problems. Do you agree?
