Occasional sharp pain in lower jaw and chest. Lasting less than 60 seconds. Took aspirin and water and seem to ease. I had clear angiogram less than 2 years ago. 61 year old male 120 lbs over weight. non-smoker, just diagnosed A1C 6.9. Is this a heart or stroke event?
