Occasionally Having Non Itchy Painless Tiny Red Dots On Trunk Of Body. What Are They?
I occasionally have nonitchy painfree tiny red dots which appear on the trunk of my body - a bright red. They go away after a few days. Any idea what they are and should I be worried? I have no other symptoms (apart from stress ). I am a menapausal woman in good health, not overweight and apart rom sleeping badly etc have no other symptoms.hannah
