Occasionally Having Swellings On The Shaft Of Penis. Swellings Are More Visible After Erection. Spontaneous Itching. Need Advise?

Hello doc, i am a 29yrs old and i occassionally have swellings on the shaft of my penis, from the middle to the end of the glans,this swellngs is more vissible after when i have i an errection and i have ejaculated, Though i feel no pain but spontaneous itching on the lower shaft of my penis.This has been since i was 16- 17 yrs old and i actually thought it was a penis break but not sure.Can u please give me any counsel.
