Ok. I Know That I Am Gluten Sensitive And That

Ok. I know that I am gluten sensitive and that my thyroid numbers are slightly off. A little bit on the low side. Here is my question: I ate something outside of my comfort zone, but it was labeled gluten free. Since that was the only change in my diet in any shape or form, I have had several weird symptoms. I am having swollen joints, bloating, constipation, etc. The only concerning one is having dizzy spells with weakness. This is not common for me, but I have only been placed on a gluten free diet since November of last year. Before I ate the questionable item, the only time I have ever had dizzy spells was dehydration or when I forget to eat and my sugar drops. Several years ago, I was told that I was barely in the range of hypoglycemia. Is it possible a gluten reaction is causing this?
