Ok so I'm 30 and am having some wierd issues that are progressing. For one I get needle stinging/ stabbing pains in my feet, legs,arms and hands. The pain starts and grows. Sometimes it is solid and sometimes it throbs. Putting pressure on the spot helps relieve some of the pain. I think I may also have carpal tunnel because my hands wrist and arms have been hurting with many different pains? When I rais my hands I feel numbing and stinging. Also my muscles feel week like even washing my face my arms feel like I just scrubbed floors. I dont know if this is all one thing or many issues. Please give me your advice.
