Old Aged, Get Horrible Screaming, Burning Pain When Urinate, Body Tingles.

I am almost 76 years old. I get horrible screaming burning pain when I urinate...seems to be on the urethea and the lips . Almost feel like I m going to pass out and/or heart stop...body tingles afterwards like it would if I was really scared by something. I am just exhausted. Have tried vaseline , clobetisol creme with hydrocortisone 2.5 cream which burns when applying but eases off. I take hydrocodone 10 mg several times a day for post ortho surgeries pain, and this problem. Have seen doc several times. Use estrace at night. My husband gets desperate trying to help me feel better. Ice pack does help at times. Still manage to teach a few piano students, cook meals and minimally re anything else. I love the Lord and He helps me! Thank you for your comments.
