Can we try this noninvasive therapy such as Transcranial Direct Stimulation electrical stimulation on the head with low currents to possibly help with swallowing again thankyou
Hi, you didn't mention, how long she is in this stage, if it is a recent event, there is possibility that she may recover, with the drugs to desolve the thrombus, if thrombosis is the case. and cerebral vaso dialators. As you describe the transcranial electrical stimulation, she may get some side effects like seizures etc. There are many things are there to be considered, and should be done by experts. If she gets treatment in the hospital in the hands of a neurophysician she can improve the swallowing and speech in no time as these are the first things to be recovered. Thank you.
