Oligospermia, Low Quality Semen

I have my semen report,in the report it is saying as below: Ejaculation analysis interval - 30 min liquefication - Normal apperance - normal viscocity - normal volume - 0.5 ml pH - 8.0 Total sperm concentration - 12 Impression - Merkedly oligospermia - extreamly low quality semen Could you please let me know whether I have any problem or not. hello reddy. your semen analysis report shows a lower sperm count and semen volume. probably the motility is also low (low quality semen in the report). this may be due to several causes. I believe the test was done as part of work-up for infertility. you need to be seen by a urologist who will perform an examination and suggest some further tests. remember, the cut-off of 20 million sperms/ml for fertility is not absolute, just a guideline to help in treatment. your partner will also need to be evaluated by a gynecologist. good luck.
