On Depo Shot, Underwent Stress Full Time, Having Heavy Flow Period. What Is The Reason?

Hello Ive been on the Depo shot for 7 months and i never got my period again and irecently went under a super stressfull time and now im under a super heavy flow and period im a little worried the cramps are unbearable and the flow is scary. Advice?
