On Klacid 500, Containing Clarithromycin. Can I Drink?
Dear Doctor, I finish my antibiotics of Klacid 500 (containing Clarithromycin ) on wednesday morning (7am), and I ve been invited out by a few mates on thursday night to go to the bar and have some drinks. My query is that would it be alright to drink after this interval between finishing my course of antibiotics and then have a night out drinking?

There is no documented pharmacological interaction of clerithromycin and alcohol. Again Clarithromycin has no residual effect that is post-antibiotic effect. Therefore you can safely have drink with your friends.
