Hi jduub28,
I can understand your concern for your health. Why do you feel so sick? After reading your symptoms I came to the conclusion that your
GERD symptoms are not so severe as many other patients have. You are showing improvements.
Bloating and burping are normal features of a healthy body. The GERD patients have the sensations of food being stuck making them very uncomfortable. You only need to take deep breaths every now and then to feel better. You will get rid of this problem once you start performing
yoga under an expert. Try to make your room airy and fresh. Take morning walks and do workouts to breath still better. I am sure you will enjoy doing all these.
You are always feeling nauseous and your throat is feeling tight because you are not taking sufficient fluids, take a lot of berries, fruits veggies, soups, juice and pure hygienic water. You can take some enzymes after consultation with a doctor for still better health.
If you want you can reduce the bloating feeling. You will have to change your food habits. Take substantial and nutritious food. Take fluids and water an hour before you take your meals. Do not drink water or any other fluid for 40-45 minutes after you eat anything, even after snacks. You have a delicate body system. Let the food settle well. This will help to cut down the gas formation and the abdominal fullness that you have. Avoid spicy, oily junk food.
To reduce bloating keep bowels clean, avoid
constipation. Eat high fiber diet and improve your toilet habits. Do not get
obese, control weight, do regular exercise. Most obese people suffer from bloating. Do not take alcohol and avoid
smoking. It is fine if you are not addicted to all these.
Once you work on the above stated factors you will realize that your
anxiety problems and panic attacks have reduced remarkably. Have a nice day, take care.
