On And Off Deep Pain In Chest Towards Heart, Usually During Arguments, High BP. On Tablet Amloguard. Advice

i am a male of abt. 54 years now . i sometimes deel pain in my chest and sometimes on the lower left side of my chest that is towards my heart . This usally happens when I shout and scream due to arguements with family members I also have hihg blood pressure and I take tablet Amloguard 5 mg every day after breakfast . .
Please advise .

Hi,
From history it suggests that there might be some coronary insufficiency leading to anginal pain particulary when having mental stress.
Consult physician and get investigations like EKG, cardiac enzymes.
Take rest.
Keep your blood pressure in normal range.
Avoid heavy exercise.
Ok and take care.
