After reading your post I would like to suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a vascular surgeon. There might be a possibility of development of Varicose veins. It is commonly seen in persons who have job profile of standing for long hours.
You should raise your legs whenever you sit or lie down. This will help in relieving your symptoms.
Elastic crepe bandage on your legs while standing will help in prevention of development of varicose veins.
Medicines should be taken under medical supervision only after clinical examination.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
