Hi, You are 32 years, female, had dizzy ness, chest pain on upper chest right side, burning smell.
It appears to be the infection in the right upper chest causing smell, and dizzyness.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe amoxycillin, omeprazole, and cinnerzine if there is dizzyness. Thank you.
