What Could Be The Reasons For Having Sharp Pain In Left Side Of Head, Speech Problems, Vision Problems And Dizziness?

hello, im getting sharp pain in the left side of my head, it go for about 3 mins so i grab my head, it affects my eyes and my vision, the symptoms im getting is, speech problems, dizziness, sharp pain, eye vision, sore eye only left side
what could it be?

Dear you are experiencing a lot of symtoms at the same time so it makes difficult the diagnose without an examination.Anyway you should consult a neurologist and do a CT scan.The most probably diagnose is migraine but you have to exlude a vascular problem.Wish you all the best
