i am a iv crystal meth user. im generally pretty good at proper proceedures. but the last few days my body goes in n out of a tingling mode n i get faint n my ears ring. today it felt like i was being stabbed in my low low low abdomen, almost my (bum). i know i need more liquids but i do consume some. i also had anal sex recently... and today i had some diarrhea... help me

You are having symptoms like faintness, tingling, ringing sensation in ears, somatic complaints related to abdomen. You had anal sex recently. You are a user of crystal meth since many years. See the faintness, tingling and other neurological symptoms can occur due to meth also. Meth is a stimulant drug and it causes intense CNS stimulation which result in such type of symptoms. The abdominal symptoms like diarrhea can occur due to some infection also as there is history of anal sex. Wait for some time and if condition don't improve the consult a doctor for help. Try to quit meth as it will further deteriorate your symptoms.
