On And Off White Spots On Legs, Feet, Arms When Stood For Long Time, Sore Feet On Walking A Lot. Slightly Overweight. Possible Biers Spots? Remedy?

I have got white spots that come and go on my legs, feet and arms. If I lay down on my bed I almost never see them, but if I stand up for long periods of time I get them on my legs and feet. In particular on my feet if I do a lot of walking and my feet gets really sore. Sometimes they do appear on my hands as well. Normally when I'm really hot and my hands get swollen. From my research I think it's called biers spots and my question is - how can I rid of this condition? It looks awful if I wear a skirt or shorts and so on and if there is treatment, any treatment I'd do it. I don't smoke and I barely drink, but I am currently quite unfit and slightly overweight (very little). I will start exercising soon, is there anything else I could do, eat or drink? Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

It seems that you may be havung pityriasis alba.

It is just superficial eczema.

It is harmless and benign condition.

There may be many causes.

Weather, sun rays, pollution, dust, worms, any infection anywhere in body, soap, poor immunity, stress, vitamin and mineral deficiencies and so on..

Do not worry, just elaborate the cause and remove it or treat it.

Apply mild steroids or tacrolimus oint on the spots.

Take vitamins and healthy food.

Avoid soap bath.

I hope you may be benefitted.

Thanks.
