On Hormone Replacement Therapy After Hysterectomy To Relieve From Hot Flashes And Anxiety. Is It A Suitable Option?

I am having a lot of anxiety issues I feel like I can't get stuff together I had my hysterectomy in August my obgyn says everything looks great with my surgery but now I have all the aside effects from it and I don't think he wants to help or maybe I need more help then just a obgyn I am as mess I am 30 and feel like my world isd upside down I cry all the time I am on hrt fort my hot flashes night sweats what should my next step be ??

1) Hysterectomy is not a problem for causing hot flushes.

2) If ovaries are removed along with hysterectomy, please start HRT
