On Knees For 30 Minutes, Later Found Huge Blue Bruise On Foot, Limping. The Bruise Mark Is Spreading. Huge Concern To Worry?

Hi, so I was praying on my knees, while sitting on my feet and leaning forward for about 30 mins. I got up and could not put pressure on my foot. The next day there was swelling and what looks like a huge blue bruise on my foot, and I have to limp to walk. At first I couldn't put any pressure on it at all, but today I can even though it looks like the "bruise" is starting to spread a little. Is this a huge concern? It only hurts when I walk on it, not when I am just sitting.

Hi
Welcome to HMC
Your complaints suggest bleeding around your knee. This could be due to bleeding disorder which can be due to blood disorder or due to some medications if you are on like blood thinners (anti platelets and anti coagulants ). Age was not mentioned so guessing the problem is difficult. Anyhow consult an orthopedician and physician as early as possible.
