I've recently heard of co q-10 supplementation. research from Mayo Clinic says NOT to take with vigorous exercise. Other medical sites say it is good for exercise, especially recovery, and some say the jury is still out. of course, 'Nutrition' sites are trying to sell supplements, so they 'push' it. what have you heard or where can I get PURELY MEDICAL RESULTS?
